Jap-Culture Extravaganza!
A part of our customers base is mostly gaming-oriented, but there is a non-negligeable portion of gamers who also love anime, manga, and even all sorts of things related to japanese culture more generally.
As we went from convention to convention, the demand for items like these grew, and so we try to adapt and cater to this part of our customers base as well. We know that, while anime and manga are getting more known than they used to be, a bit more mainstream, it can still be a bit hard to find things in more regular, big box stores.
Manga Books
In Japan, the term “manga” refers to basically any type of comic books… In our North American societies, however, the term “manga” specifically refers to a type of comic that either comes from Japan, or was made following the format and style of drawing of Japanese manga.
We have a section of the store for used manga books, both in French and in English.
Posters
We also have a selection of posters so that lovers of specific fandoms can have something nice to hang on their walls. We have them in paper format, but we also carry wallscrolls (they are like posters, but printed on fabric).
Anime Merchandise
It is nice, of course, to be able to display our favorite fandom on our walls, but how about elsewhere?
We have all sorts of merchandise, so you can display your love for a specific fandom for all to see…
We have figurines, wallets, backpacks, mousepads, buttons…
You drink coffee (or tea/hot chocolate) at work? We got you covered! We even got mugs!
