It is possible to place orders online if needed.

If you are not from our area and still would like to purchase something specific that we might have in inventory, don’t let the distance discourage you from doing so.

In order accomodate our customers who cannot come visit us directly games, systems and accessories, we also offer the possibility to place orders with us online (or by phone). The goods can then be handed to you either by mail or at a convention.

More details on how to proceed will be explained below.

Please note that for logistic reasons, we do not currently keep an updated inventory listing of all our merchandise, and especially videogames, on the website.

Due to our traveling to various conventions and bringing a part of our inventory with us, as well as the sales in store (and the sheer number of games we have, we found it too time-consuming to constantly keep this updated, for the very few times it was actually requested.

This is why we recommend you simply get in touch with us if you are seeking a specific title or item, and we can verify for you, live, if we do have it in stock.

If you need something specific but cannot come in store...

We have a wide variety of games for most game systems, in store. If you are looking for something specific, we can check our inventory to see if we happen to have it at the moment.

All you have to do is contact us to let us know what you are interested in, or if you have any questions. (Links for various ways of contacting us at the bottom of the pages; email, phone, Facebook)

MAKING THE PAYMENT

A few ways of doing it...

There are a few different methods available to you in order to pay for your order electronically.

For the moment, we accept Interac transfers and Paypal. You can also use your store credit if you have any.

We will send you the necessary details you will need for the payment, depending on your choice, when you confirm your order with us.

GETTING YOUR GOODIES

Choosing your preferred method for acquiring your purchased items

Once the payment has been completed, a few choices are available to get your goods.

The two methods we are offering are
sending by mail, and pick-up at a convention.

Sending by mail:
If you prefer to receive your order by mail, we have no issue using this method. We will ask for your postal address when we check with you for the payment.

Pick-up at a convention:
If you happen to intend on going at a convention we will also be at, and you prefer to come get your goods directly at our booth at the convention, simply let us know. We will plan with you for a time window for the pick-up (to make sure we are indeed at that convention at that time, so you don’t travel for nothing.)

Once there, we will ask to see an id piece to confirm this is in fact your purchase, and then you can pick it up and bring it home.
