The World(s) of Superheroes
Superheroes have been, for a long time, known mostly to those who were considered “nerds”.
Now, with conventions like Comic Cons, and thanks to Hollywood, superheroes are well-known and have become pretty much mainstream. Who doesn’t know Superman, Ironman, Deadpool or Spiderman, nowadays?
Comic Books
In reality, comic books are much more than just the superheroes everyone has gotten to know, thanks to cinema.
The history of comic books dates back to many decades ago and is more complex than one might think. They also target a readers base that is wildly different than what the cliché “comic books are just for kiddies” would like you to believe.
We carry a selection of comic books that were part of a huge collection, years ago. Most of them are in the typical “comic book format”.
Trade Paperbacks
Some comic books were eventually compiled into thicker volumes, some hard covers, some soft covers.
While most of those we have are the regular comic book format, we have a selection of trade paperbacks as well.
Figurines and other derived merchandise
As with the other types of merchandise we keep in store, we get figurines of comic book characters from time to time.
We also have other types of items, like mugs, wallets, backpacks, etc…
